How will my order arrive?

Can I add a gift message with my order?
Yes, please add your Complimentary Gift Message Card on the shopping cart page. If you would like to add multiple gift messages please state which gift message goes with each item. (All gift messages will be copied exactly how they are received. With Love Beckie is not responsible if you type incorrectly.)
Can I send direct to the recipient?
Yes, you will be given the option to add the delivery address on the checkout page. If you wish to change the delivery address after you have placed the order, please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
Can the Sterling Silver Bracelets be made to measure?
Yes, all Ladies Sterling Silver Bracelet's are available in sizes small (16.5cm), medium (17.5cm) & large (18.5cm). If you require a larger size than large (18.5cm) please add the re-size option to your basket and leave your new size in centimetres in the notes section of the checkout.
Can I get matching Adult and Children Bracelets?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be able to be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of receiving the order, as long as your order hasn’t been started. Please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

What do I do if my order arrives faulty?
All our orders are handmade to order, with lots of love and care and are carefully checked before packaging. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived faulty/damaged, please contact within 48 hours of receiving it. Please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com with your full name, email address, order number and attach an image(s) of the item.
What do I do if the discount code won't work?
Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offers or sale items. If the code still isn't working on full prices items, please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com
I’ve forgotten to use a discount code, what should I do?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, discount codes can’t be added to it.
I have mis-typed the message for the Gift Message Card, what should I do?
Please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com within 1 hour of placing your order with the correct message. Changes can only be done if your order hasn’t been started.
My personalised Wish String Card has arrived with the incorrect spelling. What can I do?
All text for the personalised Wish String Cards are copied exactly how it is received. It is you responsibility to check you have typed the correct spelling.
In the circumstances that I have made the mistake please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I have mis-typed the spelling of the name required on the Wish String Card, what should I do?

Can I return a personalised Wish String Card?
Unfortunately items that have been personalised can't be refunded, exchanges or cancelled.
